Made with highland napa cabbage grown at an elevation of 700 meters, 100% Korean-grown ingredients, and the pristine waters of Balwangsan Mountain, this kimchi delivers a rich, deep flavor.

All ingredients are 100% sourced from Korea. Firm and crisp highland napa cabbage is combined with pieces of dried pollock from Daegwallyeong, adding an extra layer of deep, savory umami.

To preserve the authentic flavor of kimchi, we use Shinan sea salt, along with clear, traditionally fermented fish sauce and salted shrimp.

Kkotsuni Kimchi also features a patented potato-based paste, which helps reduce sodium intake for a healthier way to enjoy kimchi.

7+ Weeks – Fully Fermented
Rich in beneficial lactic acid bacteria, well-fermented kimchi is perfect for stir-frying or cooking into kimchi stew (Kimchi Jjigae).
