About the Buckwheat Specks

To preserve more of the natural flavor and color of buckwheat, Bongpyeongchon Buckwheat Noodles may contain small amounts of finely ground buckwheat hulls. The small dark specks visible throughout the noodles are naturally occurring particles from the ground buckwheat hulls and are safe to consume.
