Piagol Miseon Salt-Free Fresh Cheonggukjang is made without using high salt content or added alcohol preservatives to extend shelf life. It is a pure, fresh Cheonggukjang that preserves its authentic taste and traditional fermentation.
How to Cook (Cheonggukjang Stew)
- Thaw at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare and cook it just like a traditional doenjang jjigae (Korean soybean paste stew).
- Add your favorite ingredients such as tofu, vegetables, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, or pork, and simmer until fully cooked.
