Premium K Shorts Uploader Privacy Policy (YouTube API Services)

This notice applies to Premium K Shorts Uploader, an internal tool that Tronic Holdings Co., Inc., the company that operates Premium K (premium-k.com), uses to publish our own short videos to the Premium K YouTube channel. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

YouTube API Services

Premium K Shorts Uploader uses YouTube API Services. When you watch or interact with Premium K videos on YouTube, you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. How Google uses data is described in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Terms of use

Premium K Shorts Uploader is used only by Premium K staff. By using Premium K Shorts Uploader, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Use of the Premium K website is also governed by our Terms of Service.

Information the tool accesses, collects, stores and uses

  • The only Google account connected to the tool is Premium K's own company account. The tool does not access, collect or store any information from our customers' or visitors' YouTube or Google accounts.
  • The tool uses the YouTube Data API only to upload our own videos, with their titles and descriptions, to our channel and to check that each upload finished.
  • We store an authorization token for our own account and the IDs, titles and links of the videos we upload, on a company computer.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share this information with anyone. The videos we upload are published publicly on YouTube by our own choice.

Cookies

The tool does not store or read cookies or similar technologies on your device.

Revoking access and deleting data

Access can be revoked at any time on Google's security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. If access is revoked or the tool is retired, we delete the stored token within 30 days. Videos already uploaded stay on our channel until we remove them.
