Goheung Suhyup Chopped Dried Seaweed (Miyeok)

Dried miyeok (sea mustard) from Goheung, Jeollanam-do, made with 100% Korean seaweed by the Goheung Fisheries Cooperative. It comes already cut into small pieces, so you only need to soak, rinse and cook — no cutting needed.
How to enjoy
- Soak in cold water for 20–30 minutes, rinse, and squeeze out the water.
- Make Korean seaweed soup (miyeokguk) with beef or clams, sesame oil and soup soy sauce.
- Toss soaked miyeok with vinegar, a little sugar and sesame for a quick side dish.
