Jeju Premium Frozen Jack Mackerel
Harvested from the pristine waters surrounding Jeju, this horse mackerel offers exceptional quality.
Jeju horse mackerel has a savory, clean flavor without being overly oily.
Its flesh is firm, slightly chewy, and naturally rich in umami.
Processed hygienically and neatly packaged in a HACCP-certified facility to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Cooking Methods
Grilled Fish
- Place the fish in an oven, microwave, or frying pan and cook over low heat until golden brown.
Braised Fish (Jorim)
- Slice radish or potatoes and place them at the bottom of a pot. Add the fish on top and season with red pepper flakes and red pepper paste.
- Boil over high heat until it reduces, then add chili peppers, green onions, and onions. Continue simmering over low heat until fully braised.
Steamed Fish
- Steam the fish for 15–20 minutes. Top with chopped green onions or wild chives for a clean, delicate steamed dish.
(Serving it with an oriental-style dipping sauce enhances the flavor.)
Storage Instructions
- Do not refreeze after thawing, as it may affect product quality.
- Store frozen at –18°C or below.
