Jeju Frozen Sea Bream 500g
Jeju sea bream is caught by traditional fishing(a reel and line with multiple hooks).
Jeju seam bream has been known as a rare and precious fish that could have been served only to loyal families in Korea for centuries.
Jejuu sea bream is well known for it's best taste, sufficient minerals, and protein.
Processed hygienically and neatly packaged in a HACCP-certified facility for safe delivery.
Cooking Methods
Grilled
- Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Place the fish directly on the pan while still frozen. This method locks in the juices, giving the fish a richer flavor.
Steamed
- Place the fish in a steamer along with seasoning and vegetables. Steam for 15-20 minutes for a flavorful and tender dish.
Braised Fish
- In a pot, cook vegetables and sauce together first. Then, add the fish. Once it starts boiling, reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Storage Instructions
- Do not refreeze after thawing, as it may affect product quality.
- Store frozen at –18°C or below.
