Cheongtae Gim (Green Laver Seaweed) may be unfamiliar to many.
As its name suggests, it is a unique seaweed with a naturally vibrant green color.

Compared to traditional roasted seaweed, it contains a higher proportion of green laver, giving it a pleasantly bittersweet flavor and a richer, more distinctive taste.

Its strong ocean aroma and thicker texture make it an excellent pairing with boldly flavored seafood such as gwamegi (semi-dried fish).
