[Piagol Miseon] Glutinous Rice Gochujang

Korean chili paste (gochujang) from Piagol Miseonssi in the Jirisan Piagol area, made with glutinous rice and Grade 1 chili powder. It is made through traditional fermentation and natural aging, with plum extract fermented from green plums grown in Jirisan added for depth of flavor. No preservatives are added.
How to enjoy
- Mix a spoonful into warm rice, or make bibimbap sauce with sesame oil, a little sugar and garlic.
- Use it as the base for gochujang stew (jjigae), tteokbokki and spicy stir-fries.
- Stir with vinegar and sugar for a dipping sauce for vegetables or seafood.
