Sea Vegetable of Longevity from the Ocean — Wild Jeju Tot (Seaweed)
Since ancient times in Jeju, wild tot (seaweed), known as a prized sea vegetable that grows only in the cleanest waters, was used to prepare special side dishes served at the tables of honored guests. One of those traditional delicacies is Totjang.
Made exclusively with wild-caught tot harvested from the pristine waters of Jeju Island, this product is carefully marinated in a specially crafted soy sauce, allowing the natural flavors of the seaweed to develop beautifully.
Prepared with whole soybeans and beans, Totjang is a convenient and flavorful side dish that can be enjoyed on its own. It also pairs exceptionally well with pork, beef, grilled fish, and a variety of other dishes.
